Photography and Filming Requests

NPL's first duty is fulfilling the Library’s mission. Filming and photography is allowed only to the extent that it does not interfere with the provision of library services and is consistent with the Library’s Mission Statement and Rules. Library staff may terminate any photo session that appears to compromise public safety or security.
